Separation of duties

· Choose of does the day to day bookings: purchase invoices: by the customer, or they can just provide the files / scanned documents / dematerialised invoices

· Use incoming documents or vendor contracts or recurring journals or recurring purchases or assisted bank reconciliation to have the entries

· They provide what needs to be billed depending on time sheet / or contract or manual input

· Choose who finalise the sales invoice and who send it to the customer.

· You finalise the Bank reconciliation, VAT and other month end / year end activities.
